The room looked like it had recently been decorated/renovated, no scuffs, dinks or chips The shower room was spacious with wide counter top so both hubby and my stuff could spread out. The shower was good with good water pressure. Really impressed with the unit. There’s a laundromat opposite, Burger King next door, McD a couple of minutes walk and a Mexican restaurant 3 doors up.

Thank you. This motel is cute and old, but for the value it is a fine place to sleep. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, and did me a big favor of letting me keep my car there for the weekend, so we could go to our music festival in one vehicle. This made our plans smooth, and they were amenable and agreeable to us. So thank you Lark Motel and I will be back!

this an older hotel in a small town. but the property is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is in excellent shape for its age and the staff was professional and helpful.

I like the owner, we know her brother from another motel we stay at in Ukiah. The room we stayed in here was very clean it had a table with two chairs. It's nice to have when you need space for work and or eating. Also has microwave and icebox.

Property was very clean and the check in person was friendly. We were just looking for a clean,quiet place to stop for the night at a reasonable price...we found it!
